Our new office
The Vital Workplace Training team is pleased to announce that we have moved into a new office on Bridge Street, Coggeshall. With all the new space, we have a purpose-built training room. This means we now have plenty of space to deliver training sessions to groups of learners, even at short notice.
(Quick note – our front is painted pink right now; we will be getting the brushes out and painting it a more subtle colour shortly!)
As part of our service, we can train your team on-site in your workplace, as well as offering an escape from your office into our training room. If you are not sure which is best for you, please give us a call and we can help you through the choice.
Practical training sessions
The new training room will be particularly helpful for delivering practical contact training sessions, such as:
- Emergency first aid at work
- Basic life support
- Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
- Fire Safety Awareness
- Moving & Positioning
We believe that practical training is essential as it encourages learners to gain more from their sessions. Our approach to training is to make it as bespoke, engaging, and compliant as possible. We want to avoid the terrible ‘death by presentation’ type of lessons, as nothing can beat a hands-on experience. We’re looking forward to making the most of our new training room, helping our communities learn vital skills.
We deliver a wide range of training courses that are tailored to your specific workplace needs. We are always happy to take on bespoke and personalised requests when it comes to our training sessions. So, if there are some topics you would like us to focus on, or if you would like us to modify the learning outcomes to your workplace, just let us know.
COVID-19 compliant
All of our courses are compliant with the new COVID-19 regulations, and we have outlined our response to the pandemic in our coronavirus support hub. If you are looking to return to the office and want to get your team up to speed, feel free to give us a call. If your office is too small, why not come to our place?
