Construction & Outdoor Workplaces

Tailored professional courses for your needs designed to meet all your training needs

Professional, comprehensive and relevant

Construction and outdoor workplaces require a different approach. In 2019, 34% of the workplace fatalities were in construction, with agriculture and landscaping claiming a further 27%. With statistics like this and the fact the Health and Safety Executive have made this one of the most legislated sectors in the workplace, it makes sense to train to specific workplaces.

This sector contains health and safety in construction, outdoor workplaces, skilled labour and tradesperson and site management & welfare training.

About the trainers

All of our training sessions came from content outlined in OFSTED, the Health and Safety Executive and the Care and Quality Commission. This means that our courses are certified and accredited, so you can rest assured that you and your team are receiving up-to-date and relevant training.

FAQs

Some questions we are often asked relating to our construction and outdoor workplaces training courses

If you're based in Essex then yes, we will travel to your site at no additional cost to deliver working at height training to your employees.
Yes, we will provide your workforce with certification as proof of their first aid training. This certification will be valid for three years, but we recommend an annual refresher for your main first aid responders to make sure their knowledge is kept up to date.
We always do our best to deliver our training in our clients working environment. We would have to double check that it's a suitable setting with enough space, and if so then we would be happy to train you there.

Really impressed with my training with Vital. The course was engaging and informative, and I came away feeling like I had learnt so much. Richard is brilliant at not only teaching important first aid skills, but also building confidence so that I would feel able to put them into practice if needed.
