What you'll learn on this course
The office of the public guardian, the UK’s source for safeguarding policy, has strict guidelines and protocols for us to follow when providing evidence about protecting vulnerable people. Our training course aims at delivering safeguarding designed to transition straight into any care setting
After training, you will:
- Know the laws that apply to safeguarding and key people involved
- Identify those most at risk of abuse
- Know the different categories of abuse and how they affect vulnerable people
- Highlight reporting processes and introduce measures to prevent harm
We make sure that our courses adhere to the current teaching regulations. We do this by thoroughly checking our course content to make sure it contains the information required to reward our trainees with an accredited certificate after the training sessions are completed.
