For businesses and organisations who have high risk activities on their risk assessment such as education, transport, hospitality and sports

18 hours of first aid spread over a minimum of 3 days; learners can benefit from blended learning as well as all classroom

Completion of this qualification will earn the learner an accredited certificate for 3 years. Regulated certificate is possible for this course

What you will learn on this course

The learning outcomes required by Health and Safety at Work etc Act. 1974, the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 and the latest Resuscitation Council UK 2025 guidelines are in this first aid at the work training course. Additional content can be added for sector specific training.

The outline of this course is:

Understand and treat conditions such as cardiac arrest, unconscious person, choking person
Deal with severe bleeding and shock
Recognise broken bones, burns and seizures
Fix minor injuries like cuts, bruises, nosebleeds, splinters and more
Study the vital observations of the unwell person
Practice different scenarios in emergencies
