A basic training course based on the learning outcomes from the first aid regulations. Perfect for those who work in a low risk area, in the community or wish to help in emergencies

Basic training will last 3 hours over a minimum of 1 day, in the live classroom setting. Personalise the course by adding a pursuit add-on for you and your team

Completion will give you an accredited certificate that will require renewing in 12 months. Online CPD modules available, updates strongly recommended

What you will learn on this course

The concept of first aid seems daunting for those not trained, so the Resuscitation Council UK has come up with simple guidelines to help laypeople save lives.

You will learn:

A review of basic life support
How to recognise cardiac arrest, heart attack and other conditions
How to use an AED and help someone who is in cardiac arrest
