Since the outbreak of COVID-19, we have been working hard to tailor our training, with added content around the coronavirus to our course on the basics of infection control and an advanced version for those who work with the vulnerable. Our team
Our team is made up of Richard Penny and Daniel Smith, a pair of like-minded individuals who work together closely to deliver exceptional training courses across London.
With over twenty-five years of industry experience between them, Richard and Daniel are well-practised at providing training for local, regional and national clients.

- Infection Control – it goes without saying that at the moment, this is the course that’s top of everyone’s priority list. We will customise our infection control courses to fit your specifications and deliver them in compliance with the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.
- Food Safety – Food hygiene is always important, but now more so than ever. If processing or handling food is a part of your industry, then you need to ensure you take every precaution to keep food safe for consumption. We have a basic food training course and a more advanced one, both of which comply with regulations set by the Food Standards Agency
- Safeguarding – Protecting the vulnerable has never been more important than it is now. Whether it’s looking after children or caring for the elderly through this difficult time, keeping everyone as safe as possible cannot be overlooked. We deliver our safeguarding courses in accordance with The Care Act 2004 and will tailor them to fit your environment, whether it be a hospital or a primary school.

Our team is based in Essex, around an hour’s drive from London. As we focus on providing customised training, part of our service is travelling to our client’s workplace.
