Any workplace that has an access point that requires a ladder, telescopic platform or stand must show that the worker is competent in using the device. Labourers, window cleaners, shop stockists and more

A 6 hour training session, ideally completed in one day, can be done as live training or online. Best conducted in your place of work or in a place with elevated access

A certificate, accredited and compliant to all HSE learning outcomes can be provided for this training, valid for 3 years. Combine with other training to maximise the learning

What you will learn on this course

Working at heights training is a legal requirement. In order to prove competence in working with ladders and step ladders as well as harness systems, employers are expected to train and instruct employees safely.

This course will give you:

The key laws in working at heights
Instruction in the most common safety equipment used
Instruction on using harnesses and other rigging kits
Assessing working at height risk
Emergency procedures and first aid

Every training course we teach complies with regulations set out in the relevant legislation for health and safety. This means that certification we hand out after completion of our course is accredited and verified.
